Rep Anna Paulina Luna on Merrick Garland Contempt of Congress

Rep Anna Paulina Luna is circulating a letter in Congress for an inherent contempt vote against Merrick Garland, which would allow the House Sargent at arms to arrest Garland himself.

The House will be voting on their own contempt resolution, which would require the DOJ to bring charges against the top official.

I’d say Garland is one of the worst offenders in Biden’s administration. He openly targets his political opponents and blatantly lies to Congress. This would be a big step.

Garland has ADMITTED that the Biden-Hur transcript has been ALTERED. If they decide NOT to prosecute Biden, we have a right to hear the tapes and confirm their reasoning. What are Garland and the DOJ hiding?

I fully intend to hold Attorney General Merrick Garland in inherent contempt of Congress if the DOJ does not do their job.
