BLACK-EYED CHILDREN ENCOUNTERS - REMOTE VIEWING INVESTIGATION

The black-eyed children encounters are among the creepiest of strange encounters with supernatural beings. Black-eyed people, mostly teen-aged and younger, are often assumed to be vampires, time travelers, extraterrestrial, or of a demonic origin.
