📋 INGREDIENTS:
Rice:
110 g rice (1/2 cup)
1 tbsp butter
1 shallot, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
300 ml vegetable stock (1 1/4 cups)

Meat:
600 g chicken breast (approx. 1.3 lbs)
125 g yoghurt
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sweet paprika powder
1 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp chili powder
1 tsp coriander, ground
1 tsp cumin, ground
1 tbsp butter

Dressing:
240 g yogurt (1 cup)
A few leaves of fresh mint
3 cloves of garlic
1 green chili pepper
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cumin, ground
1 tsp salt
