Dr. Rachael McGlaston:
Wears multiple hats as an entrepreneur and owner of two businesses — The UnWined Experience and Womanize. Simultaneously, she serves as a college professor and embraces the role of homemaker, nurturing her two children, ages 3 and 5, and supporting her husband.

Dr. McGlaston is passionate about empowering individuals, particularly women, to discover and pursue their life purposes. Her mission involves helping others recognize their limiting, socially imposed belief structures, replacing them with conscious, highest-self beliefs, and facilitating personal transformation. Through her businesses, academic role, and personal endeavors, Dr. McGlaston is committed to making a positive impact and helping others recognize and fulfill their true potential.

Mecca McGlaston:
Athleticism has always been innate to me, and I developed a love for participating in sports, especially track and field. In high school, I became a California State Champion after just 1 year of competitively running track. I earned a full ride scholarship to the University of Southern California (USC), and had a successful college career, earning several All-American titles, and being a part of two National Championship Team titles.

By discovering my identity in my faith in Jesus Christ, I utilize the valuable principles and characteristics instilled in me through athletics to lead and mentor the youth. I am very passionate about the youth, and I focus my efforts to help them find their identity through faith and positivity. My prayer is to share my testimony in hopes that it will encourage a young person to not give up on themselves, to see their uniqueness as a gift, and to always give their best effort and know that it is more than enough.
