Cutest Little Furball Makes Strangest Noise Ever

Have you ever heard a dog make a sound that you just couldn’t explain? I hadn’t, until watching this projecting pooch. Boy, does he know how to wail! His cry sounds so desperate, so longing. I wonder what he’s thinking.

His owners call out to him. “Coooo-dyyyy,” they say, which seems to prompt it. For whatever reason, this is how he’s chosen to respond to hearing his name. When called, it’s time to let ‘er rip and do an opera singer impression, or a despaired cry, or perhaps it’s a complaint about being named “Cody.” Don’t get me wrong, I don’t have any strong feelings one way or another about the name, but maybe this pup was called something very different at birth and takes offense to his (human) given name. Can’t be sure though, this is pure speculation.
