Spicy -maple crispy Chickpeas

A simple, budget friendly , and delicious snack

1 can rinsed and dried chickpeas (Garbanzo beans)
1 T olive oil
1/2 t ginger
1/2 t cumin
1/2 t chili powder
1 1/2 t everything bagel seasoning
1T real maple syrup

Mix beans with oil , coat with spices , drizzle with maple syrup (optional). Bake 415 degrees 15 minutes , shake and bake 15 minutes. Repeat until chickpeas are crunchy. Store in glass container to store .

This is an FFC snack so morning or afternoon. Great on salads too!
