Given this team of partners, how do you assess their objectivity in gathering the evidence, conducting the investigation, court proceedings, and determination?
Since Ukraine and Russia are not active parties of ICC and signatories of the Rome Statute (Ukraine is a signatory that has not ratified the statute, Russia was a signatory that subsequently withdrew its signature), how do you think they will comply with the findings, possible convictions, and arrest warrants?
