Not only do techniques like soaking improve your digestion, you'll experience better mineral absorption.

Unfortunately, we tend to have mineral deficiencies because of high stress, poor diets, medications, and depleted soils... so preparing our grains helps prevent this problem from being worse. 🙏🏻

Plus, soaking is super easy... and the results often turn out better!
