GOP senate candidate Garcia: i can help 'bring Donald Trump across the finish line in Virginia'

A candidate in the GOP primary to run for the Virginia U.S. senate seat now held by democrat Tim Kaine says he can help the 45th President Donald Trump cross the finish line in November in Virginia if he is elected as the GOP nominee in the June 18 primary.
