Roasted Tomato Pasta
Ingredients:
1 head garlic
300g tomatoes
1 red onion
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Roast in the oven at 200°C for 20-30 minutes
200g spaghetti pasta
2-3 tbsp nutritional yeast
add more olive oil as needed
