BRICS FMs meet in expanded format for the first time

The Foreign ministers of the BRCIS countries have convened in the Russian city of Nizhny Novgorod for a two-day meeting. Russia's top diplomat Sergey Lavrov took to the stage to highlight the importance of these talks with every member, new and old, represented.
