Lumpiang Togue | Filipino Mung Bean Sprout Spring Rolls
Ingredients:
5 cloves garlic
1 red onion
5g scallion (white part)
1 medium carrot
1 cup green beans
50g wood ear mushrooms
50g shiitake mushrooms
350g mung bean sprout (togue)
200g firm tofu
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp coconut aminos
1 tbsp vegan fish sauce
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
salt and pepper to taste
12-15 pcs spring roll wrapper
cooking spray (coconut oil)
air fry at 190°C for 15-18 minutes, flip halfway
