Crispy Tofu Balls in Coconut Curry
Ingredients:
Tofu Balls:
1/2 carrot
1 stalk spring onion
1 block firm tofu
1 cup bread crumbs
2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tsp celery powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup toasted bread crumbs for breading
Air Fry at 180°C for 15-18 minutes, flip halfway through

Coconut Curry:
1 white onion
1 thumb size ginger
5 cloves garlic
1 medium carrot
1 medium potato
2 tbsp olive oil
400ml coconut cream
1 tbsp curry powder
2 tsp turmeric powder
salt and pepper to taste
served with rice
garnish with spring onions
