This CCTV footage shows the event of above video from different perspective when it illegally trespassed my house the gates of which I have been forced keep chained and locked because police hasn't arrested or charged Sudhanshu Singh, Amar Singh and Girish Chandra Srivastava and I feel threatened for my life.

This shows how UP Police is acting in favor of criminals against which it has irrefutable proof as can be seen from the videos I have posted in relation to the events of 07 February 2024.

On 07th February 2024 when Sudhanshu Singh and his father Amar Singh on instruction of Girish Chandra Srivastava attempted to murder me and my brother Alok Srivastava, it is clearly visible how police is acting in favor of these criminals. No arrests were made even after the death of my brother who died on 27th of March 2024 while succumbing to the severe injury caused by the deadly blow inflicted on his head. My skull was ripped open as well and it is just a miracle that I have survived this long. But, instead of arresting those criminals police decided to bother me without warrant.

A person's head is a vital organ of his body. Any intentional blow or harm caused to it is murder attempt. And death caused thereby is first degree murder. Neither of these criminals i.e., Sudhanshu Singh (the primary offender), Amar Singh (co-offender), or Girish Chandra Srivastava (co-offender) have been arrested, charged, and tried for the offense they have committed i.e., first degree murder of my brother and attempted murder on me. Sudhanshu Singh, Amar Singh and Girish Chandra Srivastava should have been charged with murder (Section 302 of IPC), attempt to murder (Section 307 of IPC), criminal conspiracy (Section 120-A and B) and criminal trespass (Section 441 of IPC) because Sudhanshu Singh kicked open the gate of my house to attack me and my brother.
