Cornish Pasty

How I make a Cornish/ Kernow Pasty - this is the meal of the miners of tin from old Kernow/Cornwall. The original recipe has a sweat and a savoury portion separated by a thin wall of pastry. A crust on the outside allowed the miner to eat them without eating coal dust.
