INGREDIENTS: S5 pack @nationalfoodsglobal Daigi Haleem mix cup oil 7600-700 gms boneless Beef (or any meat you want) ‣2 tbsp gingergarlic paste tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder tsp black pepper 10-12 cups water
◦ For Tarka: ¥1 large onion sliced tsp cumins seeds cup oil Green chillies & ginger for Garnish
= METHOD In the pot, add 1 cup oil and saute beef,add gingergarlic paste, and saute till it starts changing color. Then add meat masala packet given in the Haleem box along with the mentioned spices. Cook for 7-8 minutes
Then add Pulses & grain packet from the box(wash & soak them for 30 min)saute for a minute, then add 10-12 cups water, cover & Pressure cook for 25 mins. Y Now uncover, keep it on 'Sauté' mode,use a hand blender or normal blender to blend the Haleem. Blend it really well till well incorporated let it simmer for another 15 mins ,it will thicken and its ready Adjust consistency(you can add more water if too thick) Meanwhile prepare Tarka, Heat the oil and add onions & cumin seeds, cook at high flame till golden brown. Take some onions out for garnish and pour the remaining onions along with oil into the Haleem. Simmer for 5 mins and its doneeee, <Enjoy with some chillies,chaat masala, lemon, ginger and roghni naan
