U.N. adds Israel to list of countries that harm children

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is blasting the U.N. after it added Israel to a "blacklist" of states and armed groups that harm children. A U.N. diplomat tells NBC News Hamas was also included. It comes as Israel's military says it prevented a raid from militants attempting to breach a Gaza border with Israel.
