"We Are Living in a Pandemic Age", Chief Scientist of WHO Claims

Meet Jeremy Farrar, Chief Scientist of the World Health Organization. He wants you to believe that more and more pandemics are going to occur today, than have ever occurred previously.

Prior to his appointment as Chief Scientist of the World Health Organization, Farrar spent a decade as the Director of the UK's Wellcome Trust. Second only to the Gates Foundation in funding biomedical research to support the pharmaceutical industry's profits, Wellcome sprouted from pharmaceutical giant GlaxoSmithKline (GSK).

Prior to his time at Wellcome, Farrar spent 18 years leading Oxford University’s Clinical Research Unit in Vietnam, based at the Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Ho Chi Minh City. He was central to the Bird Flu scare of 2003, claiming that a new virus was going to destroy humanity and kicking off a pandemic response across the globe, based on one small girl who presented to the hospital with influenza-like-illness (she survived) after playing with a dead duck.
