Ingredients for Oats Brownie:

• 1/2 cup oats
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/4 cup mashed banana
• 1/8 cup peanut butter
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• A pinch of salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
• Chocolate chunks (for topping)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line an 4 inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Grease the parchment paper with oil. Set the pan aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the oats and milk. Let the oats soak in the milk for 10 minutes.
3. To the bowl with soaked oats, add the mashed banana, peanut butter, brown sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla essence and a pinch of salt.
4. Using a hand blender, blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly using a spatula.
6. Sprinkle some chocolate chunks over the top of the batter.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
8. Allow the brownie to cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
