Police Rescue Man from Bridge

Info from Licensor: "As I exited the Freeway on my way home at 45N and Richey Rd there was a man hanging down from the freeway. My first thought was to pray and then record. There were people below prepared to catch him. The cops arrived on the seen and where able to pull him onto the freeway. According to the police he attempted to Jump again."
