RECIPE
2 Chicken Breasts 200gm penne pasta(boiled and drained) 1 tin mushrooms(sliced) 2 garlic cloves(crushed) 1 pack thick cream(250 ml) 3 cups milk 2 tbsp flour(all purpose) 4-5tbsp butter 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chilli 1 tsp black pepper crushed 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp garlic powder 1 chicken cube 2 tbsp tomato puree 1/2cup mozarella cheese Dry Parmesan(to garnish) . METHOD: -In a pan, add butter, and saute garlic a bit, add chicken breasts, and all the spices along, cook on medium flame for 3-5 mins each side. Till done, and charred. In the same pan, scrap off the bits of spices left from frying chicken(dont remove, they are full of flavours) add 1 tbsp butter, saute mushrooms, add cream, chicken cube, tomato puree, milk, add flour to thicken, cook and keep stirring to avoid lumps, till it starts boiling. -Add in the pasta, sprinkle some mozarella cheese. Add half teaspoon of black pepper, and oregano.Let the cheese melt. Serve hot and enjoy.
