Ingredients:
3 1/4 cups (420g) all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons (10g) salt
1 teaspoon (4g) sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons (7g) active dry yeast (one packet)
1 1/4 cups (300ml) warm water (about 110°F or 45°C)
2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil (optional, for softer crust)
fresh rosemary, thyme, oregano, onion, mint and coriander.
Instructions:
Prepare the Yeast Mixture:

Begin by dissolving the sugar in warm water. Sprinkle the yeast over the top and let it sit until it becomes frothy, about 5-10 minutes.
Mix the Dough:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt. Create a well in the center and pour in the yeast mixture along with the olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the Dough:
Use a stand mixer with a dough hook for approximately 8 minutes on medium speed.
First Rise:

Place the dough in an oiled bowl, turning it to coat. Cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
Shape the Dough:

Punch down the dough to release air, then shape it into a loaf. Place the dough into a greased loaf pan or shape it into a free-form loaf on a baking sheet.
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake the Bread:

Bake the risen dough for 25-30 minutes until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped. An internal temperature of 200°F (93°C) indicates it is done.
