*Her name is Cassidy Brooks and once, way back in Austin, Texas, she was a cop exposed to something in some warehouse. She barely remembers the how, or the why, but she does always remember the result. She became a Rush, a superhero of the West now but once of the South and in both places she suddenly became able to access the Velocity Vortex to achieve speeds at levels outside of what is possible in the realm of normal human beings. In the East and in other cities a Rush is often known as a Speedster but Cassidy Brooks is of Texas and the South and Rush will do. She took on the legend of the Savior of the South but in California the Just renamed her Sister Salvation. Right now Sister Salvation has left the Just and is running across California to reach Texas and Reject. She is running to get revenge against the one she just heard has killed her sister [AI Art]*
