Ever wonder what I do on my days off? Spoiler alert: absolutely nothing!

I make sure to take at least one full day off every week, sometimes even two. On these days, I focus on complete relaxation – no coffee, lots of sleep, and maybe some sauna time. This downtime helps me recharge mentally, emotionally, and physically. By doing nothing, I ensure I'm bursting with energy and new ideas the following day.
