Crash Caught on Tesla Camera

Gilbert St and Greenbrier Ave

A man was driving a Mercedes SUV South on Gilbert St when he veered to the right and struck a Tesla that was parked on the side causing the Mercedes to lose control and strike a parked Toyota Rav 4. The Mercedes SUV then flipped on its side. The driver of the Mercedes was the sole occupant of the vehicle. He was able to extricate himself from the vehicle. Residents if a nearby home said the man in the Mercedes walked towards their yard and threw a "Crack pipe" into their front yard. They told the man to pick up his pipe. Police arrived at the scene and conducted a series of sobriety test on the man. According to witnessesand nearby neighbors, they feel that the man failed the sobriety test, however, Anaheim PD officers deemed he was ok to go home and did not place him under arrest. Anaheim PD is investigating the incident.
