📋 INGREDIENTS:
3 tbsp butter
1 cabbage, about 770 g (about 1.7 lb)
450 g ground beef, pork or turkey (1 lb)

Spices:
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried sage
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste

Bake at 200 °C (392 °F) with convection function for 20 minutes. Cover the dish with baking paper after 10 minutes of baking to prevent overbrowning.
