A few clips from Channel 13 WGME On Your Side, Maine news

Lithium batteries are catching on fire more often and firefighters are warning to use caution while charging and do not leave batteries charging while no one is around in case a fire starts 😧

Bangor looking to expand it's ordinance prohibiting loitering in certain areas like roads for safety concerns but some people are saying Free speech is at risk 🤔

Winthrop's four electric school buses will be returning to service despite having problems in the past and being taken out of service for safety concerns, if the school district does not use them they will be in breach of contract, a vote from the school board would be needed to remove them, test runs will be made this summer, Let's call these the "Biden & Kamala buses" from the EPA last year and it might make more sense 💩

Reports of dangerous "quicksand" like sink holes at Popham Beach as people walk the water's edge due to the river changing course and following the sandy beach, please use caution, a small child could easily be swallowed up by the sand 🥺

I did a little work on the roof and in the room under it, removed the ceiling, plastic, and insulation and found there were a lot more holes in the metal roof than I thought there was, the cheap rafters are junk but still there, the holes are patched, and now I wait for the rain 🙄
