Ani's Summer Refresher: a lighter version of the classic Manhattan.

1 shot of bourbon or whisky
1/4 shot of sweet vermouth
1/4 shot of dry vermouth
2-3 drops Peychaud Bitters
Club Soda
Luxardo Cherry for dressing

Fill a tall glass halfway with cracked ice
Pour in liquid ingredients
Stir well
Top up with club soda
Stir gently

Dress with a good quality cherry!
