The Last of Us Expanding Part 2! Neil Druckman to REDEFINE GAMING!

The Last of Us Season 2 is right around the corner and it's only seven episodes long! The aspirations of the team is that means there will be multiple seasons to tell the story of the highly divisive Part 2 of the gaming franchise, something writer Neil Druckman is salivating over. Abby has already been cast, but who is going to be playing the 9 Iron?

As for the potential for new source material, Druckman and Naughty Dog have multiple projects in various stages of development, allegedly. It's been since 2020's The Last of Us Part 2 since Naughty Dog as put out an original work, so they are about due. They are set to have a presence at Summer Games Fest, so something could be announced to back up the claims that whatever they are cooking, it's going to "redefine mainstream perceptions of gaming."
