What are gnocchi 🤓 ? The Italian word "gnocchi" translates to dumplings and is quite well known around the world. Gnocchi are specially shaped dumplings made from potato dough, but there are also some made from durum wheat semolina. I used fresh gnocchi made from potato dough in this recipe, and they are great for frying. You can of course cook the gnocchi in water, feel free to look at the package instructions. You can of course also use another variant, one that tastes best to you and you can find in your supermarket 😜. If you don't have gnocchi available, you can also eat this recipe with pasta 😋. 600g gnocchi
1 onion (or 2 small onions)

200ml cream
