Dirt Cheap Trash Picked PC Build - Part 1

Recently I salvaged a CPU out of a dead Dell tiny PC. This may serve as a test bed or potentially, as an upgrade for a friend of mine. He's still rocking a 4th Gen i5 and would love to play some more modern games.

Here are the specs:
Intel Core i5 9500T @ 2.2GHZ (socket 1151)
ASUS Prime H310M-A V2.0 Socket 1151 MicroATX Motherboard
AMD Radeon R9 390
Crucial 16GB DDR4 3200
Crucial 250GB BX100 SATA SSD
EVGA 750W Power Supply
Open PC Chassis
Windows 11 Pro 21H2 (salvaged from an old build, no plans to keep it)

Watch as I assemble this collection of cast-off parts from the e-waste pile and from eBay to complete this build for under a C-Note (USD) in Mid 2024.
Finally, I test it with Payday 2 on stupid easy difficulty.

The install of Windows 11 Pro 21H2 was an early hack-job to get it to work on unsupported hardware. There are less frustrating methods now and I don't really need it anymore. I didn't feel like installing it again as I have already installed Windows 11 in 2 previous videos.
