Country Gravel Roads

This Summer day, finally no more grey, deep shades of blue, Rays coming down as I run my old Ford Truck.

Good ol' 302, ain't it nifty, square body F-150, can't live in the big ol' city, gotta have those country gravel roads.

Takin the 89, almost a trophy outta time, watching dust fly in my rearview, loving the scenic drive back home.
These ol' boys chillin' in the back of the old pickup, laughin while heading through the trees, the destination the campfire, spirits soaring higher.

Good ol' 302, ain't it nifty, square body F-150, can't live in the big ol' city, gotta have those country gravel roads.

Sitting on the tailgate late at night, country stars such a terrific sight, sharing drinks by firelight as stories fly.
Both the guys and the gals lay in the back of that old truck, waiting for the sun to rise.

Weekends done, we all had fun, getting on our way, tomorrow is Monday.
