Operation Sea Spray – An Evil Covert Naval Experiment over San Francisco in the 1950’s

In 1942 President Roosevelt signed into action the first Biological Warfare Program which would bd overseen by the National Academy of Sciences. They wanted to know how vulnerable the US would be to a biological attack.

The War Research Service was created with George W. Merck of Merck Pharmaceuticals.

In 1948 a Committee on Biological Warfare was established and overseen by Bacteriologist Ira Baldwin.

Evidently the Geneva Protocol established in 1925 that banned Biological Warfare Research had no weight in any of these decisions.

They made the brilliant decision to do open air tests with real live germs.

So, the table was set for the first ever biological attack on US Soil by our own US Government.

Makes a hell of a lot of sense, doesn’t it?

Operation Sea-Spray was a 1950 (September 20, 1950) U.S. Navy secret experiment in which Serratia Marcescens and Bacillus Globigii bacteria were sprayed over the San Francisco Bay Area in California.

San Francisco was chosen because wind from the ocean would carry the mist filled bacteria across the entire city.

It was known as “Bacterial Fog.”

It was a covert Government Experiment that exposed an entire city to a bacterial cloud to study potential Russian Biological Warfare Attacks & Risks.

All ethical lines were crossed in the name of national security. Just as ALL ethical lines were crossed for Operation Warp Speed to vaccinate the entire USA with experimental deadly “vaccines.”

This was really a Test of Biological Warfare on San Francisco Citizens, a preclude to another massive one that would occur in 2020.

Everything the government does is for our “Security & Safety.”

They even do it without our knowledge, permission and consent – how generous of them.

It was said to be “harmless” bacteria but residents become ill.

Maybe the government needs to clearly define the word harmless.

The government released a cloud of this Bacteria by air plane over the San Francisco Bay area and it was sprayed from a Naval Ship in the SF Bay which created a mist and a fog that was saturated with this “harmless” bacteria.

For several days scientists monitored how the bacteria spread in the atmosphere and settled on the cities surface.

The citizens had no clue about Operation Sea Spray, there was no consent. Sound Familiar to the jabs of 2020?

This secret, covert government / military experiment wasn’t even discovered until the 1970’s and then people were pissed off and questioned governmental responsibilities.

Serratia marcescens (SM) is a dangerous bacterium that can cause infections in many parts of the body. Symptoms depend on the location of the infection and how it spreads. Some possible symptoms include:

• Respiratory tract infections: Cough, shortness of breath, respiratory distress

• Urinary tract infections (UTIs): Fever, frequent urination, difficulty or pain urinating, white blood cells in urine

• Gastroenteritis: Fever, chills, diarrhea, abdominal cramps

• Sepsis: Fever, chills, shock, respiratory distress

• Endocarditis: Fever, night sweats, fatigue

• Meningitis or cerebral abscess: May develop in premature children, neonates with prior sepsis, or adults who have experienced head trauma or undergone neurosurgery, epidural injection, or lumbar puncture

• Skin lesions: Painless and nonpruritic erythematous papules and plaques, erythematous to violaceous ovoid to round circumscribed necrotic papules and plaques

• Papillovesicular rash: Similar to varicella zoster infection

Bacillus Globigii Symptoms:

• Respiratory problems

• Allergic Reactions

• Asthma Allergies

• Bacteremia, endocarditis, pneumonia, and septicemia have all been linked to hay bacillus.

The questions we all should be asking: Was Operation Sea Spray a test for the Chemtrail Depopulation Agenda?

Is it just a coincidence that bacteria has been found in the recent chemtrails?

Is the government doing their experiments on the entire US Population now?

What is a Lesson we can all learn here?

That our Government may talk a good talk but they sure don’t walk it.
