Today on Day 117 of sobriety, I listened to one of my favorites, INZO's "Overthinker," featuring the wise words of Alan Watts. Maybe you know this one, chat?

Before diving into the music, I reflected on my journey as I near four months of sobriety. This month has been less productive in terms of work and external achievements, but the internal work has been intense and essential. It's heavy to confront many issues without escaping them, to sit with feelings and thoughts, and to revisit the past to understand deeply.

After the music, I pondered the nature of reality. What is reality? I have no idea what this thing we call life truly is. It's a human experience, and it's pretty damn awesome. We might get lost in such thoughts, but I don't think the point is to know everything. The point is to experience everything. Why else would we have emotions? So let's live, love, and dance!
