Woman Arrested After Being Caught On Camera Tossing Two Puppies Into The Trash

A woman was arrested after tossing 2 puppies in a trash can in Opelousas, Louisiana. 22-year-olds Jasmine Mouton & Kendall Tyler were arrested on charges of aggravated animal cruelty. Mouton was captured on camera picking up the two dogs and throwing them into a dumpster before walking off. The puppies were later found by a neighbor who is now taking care of them. Thankfully, the dogs were unharmed.
