Mysterious UFO Photo Taken

This photograph was taken by the US Defense Weather Satellite.

Since the mid-60s, the Department of Defense has been using low-earth
orbiting satellites that provide environmental information.

On March 3, 1986, well-known UFO researcher Bruce Maccabee
received a phone call from a man who was referred to him by Budd Hopkins.

A man named James Bounds wanted Maccabee to analyze one photograph that was taken from the Elmendorf AFB in Anchorage, on October 11, 1978.
