In it he reminds the remanant faithful of our need and loving desire to make constant reparation to the Immaculate Heart of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary for the sins constantly waged against Her. It is our love for Her, our desire for Her intercession, and our faith in the Mercy of Her Son that keeps us safely on the road to Heaven.
