Day 116 of Sobriety: Reflecting on Life's Journey with Ren's "Troubles" (Acoustic) @RenMakesMusic

Today on Day 116 of sobriety, I listen to Ren's "Troubles" (acoustic). Before diving into the music, I talk about my fitness journey. I took a nap and forgot to set an alarm, waking up just in time for my client's arrival. We jumped into a 1.5-hour workout session. It's reassuring to see that when it comes to fitness, I can just get up and do it. Now, I need to apply that same drive to my work, especially in marketing my fitness business.

Listening to Ren's music took me down memory lane, making me reflect on all the things I've been through and the various paths life has taken. This period of sobriety feels different, much slower. Previously, everything seemed to happen so fast. This time, I need to be patient and embrace the slowness, not rushing or running away from myself. Who knows what the future holds? I guess we'll see.

Ren's music, as always, evokes deep thoughts and emotions. This acoustic version is simply beautiful. Thank you so much for this, Ren!
