Emily Rae is a Senior Counsel at the Liberty Justice Center, where she litigates cases to protect individual liberties and constitutional rights, and prevent government overreach. Emily will discuss California Assembly Bill 1955 which would prohibit public schools from providing parental notification and obtaining parental permission. Simply stated, the bill would cancel a parents right to know what their minor children are doing in school and would codify the government schools keeping secrets from parents.

Hans von Spakovsky as a legal expert and a senior legal fellow in The Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies. Hans and John Fund have written a great book "Our Broken Elections: How the Left Changed the Way You Vote." Hans will discuss the recent Manhattan case against Trump and how the law and due process were systematically violated by the judge and the prosecutors.
