Bake for 15 minutes/200°C/400°F.

Pepper.
Olive oil.
Fry pancakes on both sides.

Salt, pepper, thyme.
Parmesan 2 tbsp.
Flour 3 tbsp.
Oil for frying.
Fry over low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Mozzarella.
Fry over low heat until done.
