Crispy, savory and so delicious, I can't get enough of these ground beef and cheese wraps!

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons oil for frying
250 g ground beef
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 chili pepper
1 teaspoon each of cumin, coriander, paprika
0.5 teaspoon oregano
1 level teaspoon of salt
200 g diced tomatoes
1 level teaspoon of sugar
½ red pepper
Handful of corn
Handful of kidney beans
80-100 g cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1 tablespoon sour cream
3 flour tortillas (warm briefly in the oven)

Preparation:
• Heat olive oil in the pan and fry the diced onion. Add the diced peppers; Continue frying for 2-3 minutes
• Add the ground beef, salt and the chopped garlic cloves
• then add the chopped red chili pepper, the spices, the tomato paste with a little water, the chopped tomatoes and the sugar one after the other
• After a few minutes everything is cooked through and the beans and corn are added for a moment
• In the meantime, mix the cream cheese with the sour cream to form a homogeneous cream
• Warm the tortillas briefly in the oven
• Order of filling: 1. meat, 2. cheese, 3. cream cheese cream
• Then roll up the tortillas into a packet and fry them in a pan on all sides until they are golden brown
