How To Make The PERFECT Cheeseburger

INGREDIENTS
250g 20% fat beef mince (125g per burger)
1 egg
4 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/8 tsp white wine vinegar
Tomato
Lettuce
Red onion
Brioche bun
Burger cheese
Salt
Black pepper
METHOD
1. Chop the tomato, lettuce and red onion
2. Add egg and pepper to a bowl
3. Whisk
4. Add the beef mince and breadcrumbs
5. Mix together
6. Add ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar and black pepper to a bowl
7. Whisk
8. Lightly toast the burger buns in a pan
9. Heat oil to a medium high heat on a cast-iron skillet
10. Add the burgers and press down lightly
11. Flip after 1 and 1/2 minutes
12. Season with salt
13. Add the cheese
14. Cook for a remaining 2 minutes
15. Layer the cheeseburger
