5-6 slices of toast
~ 30 g butter, melt
1 clove of garlic
some ketchup
Shallot
150-180g mozzarella
cold cuts
several olives
Brine mozzarella
Bake for about 10 minutes at 200-220°C
some spring onions
This is incredible delicacy!
