To sum things up. One could use this concept to simply tune the windings of an AC motor along with the right X capacitance and simply use the motor drive to spin a high efficiency generator like a washing machine pump. Or any good mechanical generator. You could move on more advanced and build special all in one reactive motor/generators. With special coil windings.
