From the masterminds behind the Jurassic, Bourne, and Indiana Jones franchises comes Twisters, a contemporary sequel to the 1996 classic, Twister. Directed by Lee Isaac Chung, the Oscar®-nominated creator of Minari, Twisters stars Daisy Edgar-Jones (Where the Crawdads Sing), Glen Powell (Top Gun: Maverick), and Anthony Ramos (Transformers: Rise of the Beasts) as three compelling characters with contrasting aims, united to predict and potentially harness the immense power of tornadoes.

Edgar-Jones plays Kate Carter, a former storm chaser who is haunted by a catastrophic tornado experience from her college days. Now safely studying storm patterns from New York City, she is persuaded by her friend Javi (Ramos) to return to the plains to test an innovative tracking system. There, she meets Tyler Owens (Powell), a charismatic and daring social media star known for his risky storm-chasing adventures with his rowdy crew.
