It's Okay

Hi everyone, Mal here. This piece was rough for me to mix and arrange, the lyrics “They say you are gone now. It's okay" is about the loss of one of my little brothers. It's not okay of course, but it's what we tell ourselves while we grieve.
I wrote the vocal line holding back tears, my daughters friend was here at the house while I was singing it, trying to hit the higher notes for an octave harmony and since I knew he could sing I asked him to give it a shot, he nailed it. He shall remain anonymous for now per his request, but the moment he is good with it I will give him all the shoutouts with links to his work.
