EV Sales Shortfall to Trigger $5,000 Penalties

Virginia Democrat EV Mandate: If the goal for Electric Vehicle sales is not met by the 2025 model year, each shortfall will incur a $5,000 penalty per gas or hybrid vehicle, increasing to $20,000 in subsequent years.
