The average price for gas in the state is down eleven-cents a gallon

Triple-A Michigan says the price is down nine-cents in the past month and a penny lower than last year. A 15-gallon fill up costs 53-dollars on average in the state. Michigan's highest price is in Jackson at three-65, while Benton Harbor's three-49 is the lowest price.
