scotch fillet 700g
garlic
shallots
ghee / butter
fresh rosemary & thyme
salt & pepper
We believe it's best to salt the meat and store in the fridge for at least 20 minutes, overnight if possible, prior to cooking. We left the meat in the oven for 5 minutes (2~3 minutes each side) but depending on the size of the meat the duration may differ. Happy cooking everyone!
