Meridian Township to reopen 7 sex-assault cases after reviewing 17 years worth of reports

Meridian Township police have reopened 7 sexual assault cases and forwarded them to the Ingham County Prosecutor's Office after reviewing reports from the last 17 years. Police took another look at more than 600 cases as part of an effort to improve the way it handles sex-assault complaints.
